Brad Sagona
Brad began his professional career in an Executive Office with a focus on Marketing and then was invited to an entirely different industry where he found himself with a choice of learning manufacturing from the office level or choose to begin the learning process on the factory floor. Brad chose the factory floor and has never regretted the choice. Learning literally from the ground up Brad learned the commercial lighting industry . The hands on experience from manufacturing to sales , marketing and business management have all contributed to the development of a new company HascoLED Lighting where Brad is one of three Sr. Managing Partners and acting CEO.
In addition to truly enjoying the business world, Brad has always been an inventor at heart. Over the past years Brad has created three commercial products that have gone on to be Patents or Patents Pending. Brad enjoys exploring new innovative ways to solve problems and creating new products.
When Brad is not busy managing the business with his Partners , which is most of the time, he enjoys the outdoors with kayaking, sculling, sailing, fishing, cross country skiing and biking. He will admit that most of his time is spent kayaking and has for many years organized Kayak races to raise funds for Not for Profit Organizations in the region.

Joseph Mancinelli
Joe with 40 years of new product research and design experience has always showed a passion for industrial design and engineering in particular developing a new idea, concept or a need into a functional design and then moving the process all the way to a finished product. Joe by nature likes to innovate and this has been his MO since he began his career. Very often in Joe’s commercial lighting career the products he designed became industry standards that are still active in commercial lighting today.

Jim Cameron
Jim grew up around machines that had a purpose. From an early age Jim was exposed to industrial grade manufacturing equipment of just about every category. Later Jim also became interested in computer sciences and in particular programming. With a unique background in commercial sales of manufacturing equipment to creating a niche metal fabricating business himself, Jim has always had the desire to make the best product in the most efficient way and find ways to maintain the profit margins that are key to sustaining small business.
Jim constantly looks for methods to streamline product development and manufacturing and blends these well learned sciences with over 30 years in the commercial manufacturing industry. As a Sr. Managing Partner, Jim contributes important opinions that helps keep HascoLED Lighting on tract and looking forward in a very fast paced, ever changing industry.
When Jim is not busy engineering a manufacturing solution you can find him figuring out his next Car project. Whether putting an electric engine in a classic Corvette or figuring out how to get an oversized V8 into his restored Jeep CJ-7 he is always on to the next project.

Cameron Travers
Cameron discovered a passion for tinkering at an early age. While growing up he was known to take just about anything apart to see how it worked, how it was designed and then how it goes back together. Having the advantage of a family member in the manufacturing business Cameron was introduced to design and engineering at an early age.
As a Managing Partner, Cameron is responsible for Manufacturing Operations which covers a wide range of diversified products produced by HascoLED Lighting. From industrial electrical splice boxes to state of the Art Smart LED lighting products his over 15 years of hands on experience is a key to providing quick and intelligent solutions to design, engineering and manufacturing challenges.

Michael Mancinelli
Michael’s enthusiasm for finding solutions and absorbing information extends to any project or field he encounters. He is equally at home discussing LED lighting optics and performance as he is with Micro-processors and Wi-Fi communications to the Cloud. Michael with 20 years of experience has taken a little different path to success than other engineers. In his case working at consulting firms his whole career he was thrown into the pool and required to figure out how to swim. The result is whether it is a CAD drawing, lighting Photopia file, circuit board layout or Wi-fi evaluation, Michael has demonstrated again and again that given a challenge he will master the concepts and carry out the mission.
